Additional fee’s
Delivery Fee of $4.50 per mile from 54021
We have an off level fee if your build site requires more than 4” of leveling. The fee amount varies depending on the size of the shed and amount of leveling required.
We have a confined space fee of $200 if there is less than 24” of space on all sides of the shed. However we do need a bare minimum of 12” of space to install your shed.
If your build site is further than 160’ from where our crew’s vehicle/trailer can park there will be a long carry fee of $2 per additonal ft. Any significant terrain will incur a carry fee to be determined at time of installation.
If there is no power outlet within 100’ of the build site we charge a $50 generator fee.
